StablR Ltd wishes to provide a further update in relation to the cybersecurity incident identified on the 24th May 2026 and the subsequent activation of the Company’s Recovery Plan.
Since the Company’s previous announcement of the 29th May 2026, StablR has continued to work through the recovery measures under the oversight of the Board of Directors and in active engagement with the relevant authorities, including the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Minting and redemption of EURR and USDR remain temporarily suspended. Exchanges and trading venues have also been requested to maintain the suspension of trading, deposits and withdrawals in EURR and USDR until further notice.
The Company’s priority remains the protection of token holders, the integrity of the recovery process, and the orderly assessment of the position. StablR is continuing to verify the relevant operational, technical, legal, regulatory and stakeholder considerations before determining the next steps, including any conditions and timing for the lifting of the current temporary suspensions.
On the basis of the information available to date, the Company reiterates that safeguarded assets backing EURR and USDR held prior to the cybersecurity incident remain held separately from the Company’s own funds.
Token holders are reminded to rely only on official StablR communications. StablR will not contact token holders to request private keys, seed phrases, passwords or payments, and will not offer expedited redemption, recovery or compensation through any third party. Any communication of this nature should be treated as fraudulent. Official updates will continue to be issued solely through StablR’s official channels and the contact address set out below.
StablR understands the importance of timely communication and will continue to provide further updates as the situation develops and to the extent permitted by law and the ongoing recovery process.
For any queries, or to report a suspected fraudulent communication, please contact: info@stablr.com.
