To our community and token holders,
This notice follows our previous updates on the cybersecurity incident of 24 May 2026 affecting EURR and USDR, most recently our notification of the 25th August 2026.
We know that many of you are waiting for news. Although there are no material developments to report at this time, we want to confirm where matters stand and how we will keep you informed.
Status
The position remains as set out in our notification of the 25th August 2026. The incident remains contained, and there has been no further unauthorised minting of EURR or USDR.
As a precaution, minting and redemption of EURR and USDR remain temporarily suspended. StablR’s Recovery Plan remains active. StablR continues to work with the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Reserve assets
The reserve assets backing lawfully issued EURR and USDR continue to be held in segregated accounts, separate from StablR’s own funds, in accordance with MiCAR.
Token Holder enquiries and complaints
We are grateful to the many token holders who have contacted us, and we recognise the uncertainty that the continued suspension is causing. Every complaint received is registered and handled under StablR’s Complaints Handling Procedure, which is available on our website. Given the exceptional nature of the incident, complaints cannot yet receive a final response. They remain open and under active review.
Formal complaints may be submitted to complaints@stablr.com. Other incident-related queries should be sent to info@stablr.com. To ensure that all token holders are treated equally, StablR is not able to comment on individual holdings or transactions while matters remain under investigation. Any material development will be communicated publicly rather than to individual holders.
Protecting yourself against fraud
Please rely only on StablR’s official communication channels. StablR will never ask for your private keys, seed phrases, passwords or any payment, and will not contact you offering to recover or redeem tokens for a fee. Any communication making such a request should be treated as potentially fraudulent and reported.
Next update
StablR will continue to publish material developments affecting EURR and USDR in the Insights section of its website and on its official social-media channels, including LinkedIn and X.
We thank our community for its continued patience and understanding.
