Notification Update

To our community and token holders,

It has been 3 weeks since the incident affecting StablR on the 24th May 2026. We're aware this has been an unsettling time for the people who hold and rely on EURR and USDR, and we don't underestimate that. We want to set out as transparent as possible where things stand.

The immediate incident has been contained. The unauthorised activity was stopped at an early stage, the affected minting controls have been secured, and there has been no further unauthorised issuance since the 24th May. Minting and redemption remain suspended as a deliberate precaution.

Our focus now is on the work the incident requires, and our team is working relentlessly on it. That work is underway and progressing, and we are giving it the time and care it needs. Doing this properly, securely and safely, and in the interest of all stakeholders is what matters most in such instances.

As a regulated issuer, we are working in close coordination with the regulator and with external specialists, in keeping with our obligations under MiCAR and DORA.

We are grateful for the patience our holders and partners have shown through this period. We will continue to update you as matters progress.
